Land married Catherine Elizabeth Easterwood, daughter of David and Lucinda Easterwood, all of Pickens Co. on Thursday the 20th by Rev. Ellis Gore. 1850 Pickens Co, AL Census - CRG H432 Reel 13 Stamped No. 84, Dwelling 11086-1122, with her husband and children. 10/29/2002 - Pickens Co, AL, 9/10/1877 Probate Will of Lucinda Easterwood in Book J, Page 615 contains names of all descendents. 3/5/03 - e-mail from Michael Patterson (mfpchat@yahoo.com), ggggrandson of Andrew Jackson Land and Catherine Elizabeth (Easterwood) Land indicates that Catherine Elizabeth (Easterwood) Land died "near Gadsden, AL (Etowah Co), in the early 1860s, and I imagine is buried in Bethany Cemetery there, beside her husband's parents".
