Note:   I trawled through the 1891 Lancashire Census I have at home and found that Betsy and Margaret's sister, Mary Alice had married a William Henry Quayle in 1888. In the Census they were living at 28 south Meadow Lane, Preston with Frederick who was then under one year and also Ellen Cook, mother-in-law, widow aged 72 years living on own means. William's job is given as ship's carpenter and he was born in the Isle of Man.
