a. Note:   Settle in Walpole, Cheshire County, New Hampshire, USA. He was a farmer. Late in life (about 1796) moved to Northfield, Merrimack County, New Hampshire, USA and moved in 1787 to Enfield, Grafton County, New Hampshire, USA where he soon went to the "Shakers" where he died. Most of the Shaker's records were destroyed in a fire.
