Note: Moved to Canaan, NH in 1787 or 1788. Died in his 79th year so birth or death year is incorrect. A revolutionary soldier with rank of drummer on muster roll of Capt. Moses McFarland's company, Col. John Nixon's regiment dated August 1, 1775. Enlisted April 30, 1775. Served 3 months 9 days. Receipt for pay dated June 10, 1775. Name also on same company and regiment with a return of September 30, 1775 at Winter Hill. Order to pay due for 8 months service noted on Decemebr 20, 1775.
