Note: 1944 Land Sale : Glenrose Williams (female Boone County Sheriff) (portion of Ambrose & Linnie Easton's Price Pike farm) TO Kenneth "Johnny" E. and Euncie Easton -- January 27, 1944 -- $9,000 Boone County, Ky. Deed Book 81, Page 314 Know all men by these presents, that Glenrose Williams, single, for and in consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar and other good and valuable consideration to them paid by Kenneth E. Easton and wife Eunice Easton, and a further consideration of Nine Thousand ($9,000.00) Dollars evidenced by promissory note of even date executed and delivered by Kenneth E.
