Note:   1944 Land Sale : Glenrose Williams (female Boone County Sheriff) (portion of Ambrose & Linnie Easton's Price Pike farm) TO Kenneth "Johnny" E. and Euncie Easton -- January 27, 1944 -- $9,000 Boone County, Ky. Deed Book 81, Page 314 Know all men by these presents, that Glenrose Williams, single, for and in consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar and other good and valuable consideration to them paid by Kenneth E. Easton and wife Eunice Easton, and a further consideration of Nine Thousand ($9,000.00) Dollars evidenced by promissory note of even date executed and delivered by Kenneth E. Easton and wife, Eunice Easton payable to the Florence Deposit Bank, said note bearing 5% interest and due and payable six (6) months from date, and to secure the payment of said note and all interest and renewal thereof, a lien is hereby retained on the land hereinafter conveyed in favor of the Florence Deposit Bank, of Florence, Ky. Dringenburg in Foltz's line; thence with Dringenburg's lines N 39-55 W 1332 feet to a point, S 75-30 W 75 feet to a point, N 17-15 W 127.8 feet to a point in same line corner to the N W or 81 acre tract of A. Easton's land; thence with a line of same tract (a new division line) N 57-50 E 3275.3 feet to the beginning containing 100 acres. The bearings of this survey are referenced to the existing magnetic Meridian of January 20, 1943. Being a part of the same property conveyed to the Grantor by Linnie Easton et al by deed dated 27th day of January, 1944, and recorded in deed book 81, page 312, in the office of the Clerk of the Boone County Court, Burlington, Ky., together with all the privileges and appurtenances to the same belonging, to have and to hold the same unto the said Kenneth E.
