  Jefferson County Will Book 13, page 311: I, Mary A. Auspelt being of sound mind...1)give, after all just debts are paid...to my daughter Teresa Eastin, now wife of John Easton, Jr., all my personal & real estate which I may possess at the time of my death...they (John & Teresa) may not sell any of my land in my possession at my death. 2) If Teresa dies, the 41 acres of land on which I reside shall revert to Teresa's children, Albert Gentry, Clara Gentry, and Luther Gentry. 3) Should all of my daughter Teresa's children survive her, the said children shall have no power to sell the land until Martin Luther, the youngest of Teresa's children reaches maturity.
