Jesse R. England, 73, of Villa Hills, died Sunday (Dec 24th Christmas Eve) at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Edgewood, Ky. He was a disabled assembler with R.A. Jones and a member of the National Association of Watch and Clock Collectors. He was an Army veteran. A daughter, Deborah England Fisk, died in 1991. Survivors included his wife, Paula Jane Pickett England; a daughter, P. Denise Arns of Verona; a son, Jeffrey England of Burlington; a sister, Betty Frances Woodyard of Florence; nine grandchildren and a great-grandson. Service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Erlanger. Visitation will begin there at 10 a.m. Friday. Chambers and Grubbs Funeral Home, Florence, is handling arrangements.
