I desire that all debts against my estate be paid first, the remaining property both Real Estate and personal be divided equally between my nieces and nephews and Raymond R. Beemon and Harold G. Beemon. I request that each one give fifty dollars out of the share to the Endowment fund for the benefit of Hopeful cemetery, if any of them object to this will in any way they don't get any thing. I appoint the county attorney Administrator Lizzie F. Utz INDRE: Probate of Order Lizzie F. Utz, deceased Boone County Court Special Term November 7, 1947 An instrument of writing bearing date of March 4, 1946, purporting to be the last will and testament of LIZZIE F. UTZ, deceased, was this day produced in open Court and offered for probate. The execution of said instrument and the signature thereto was proven by the oaths of Estelle Gordon and J. B. Doan, who, being duly sworn, state that they are familiar with the handwriting and signature thereto is wholly in the handwriting of the said LIZZIE F. UTZ, deceased, therefore, the same is adjudged and established as and for the Last Will and Testament of the said LIZZIE F. UTZ, deceased, and the same is ordered to record and probated as such. C.L.
