Sanders, 18 December 1854 Notes for RHODA QUERTERMOUS: Rhoda was mentioned in her fathers will. (1803-1809) Per researcher Deborah Campisano's email on March 7, 2006 > Not sure if you have this information or not, but Christian James Sanders married in December of 1824 to Eleanor "Allie" Clark in Nelson County. His first wife, Rhoda, was dead by 1823. James lived to be an old man. He is listed in the 1850 Census of Nelson Co, KY, District 1, household 258, Ancestry Image 39 of 123. James was living next to some of his second wife's family -- the Clarks. He was 87. He died apparently close to the time his son James Q. Sanders died in Bullitt Co., so their probate records are often confused. I do not have access to Nelson County records, but did find the above notes in my files.
