a. Note:   the bottom portion of her tombstone after her dates says: "She was the sunshine of our home." What an inspiration! Here is a lady who lived through the Civil War, had 12 children, outlived all but 4 (maybe 5 - I don't have date of death of her son, John F.), lived to be 90 years old, spent her last years in a wheelchair living with her daughter, and yet she was still so positive that she could be called the "sunshine of their home"!
