Mr. Rich is a brother of the mother of Mr. New and the wife, who is 82, is the sister of Mr. New's father. Mr. Rich is a native of Tennessee, but spent his early life and into manhood in Trigg Co, and during the more than 30 years he resided in Trigg, he lived between the rivers and at Canton, and is still remembered by some of our citizens.
