  "Mrs. Georgia Heald, widow of Charles Heald, died at her home, 7 Bradley Street, at 12;36 today. Aged 86 yrs, she had been in failing health for the past yr. Surviving her are the following children: Frank Heald, Plainville, TX; Mrs. Maude Friend, Puyallup, WA; Mrs. George Kittner, Valley Station, KY; Mrs. Bessie Raisor, Niagara Falls, NY; Mrs. Clara Schuler, Jamestown, NY; Cyrus and Clarence Heald and Mrs. Charlotte Swanson, all of Warren; also 22 grandchildren, and three great grandchildren. Friends may call at the family home after nine o'clock Wednesday and funeral services will be held from there at 2:30 p.m. Thursday. She was a member of Epworth Methodist Church and her pastor, Rev. M.I. Harding will officiate. Interment will be made in Oakland Cem." "Warren Times Mirror"

The Petition of Cyrus Heald and Charlotte Heald Swanson of the Borough of Warren, County of Warren, State of Penn: showth: That Georgia L. Heald late of the Borough of Warren, County of Warren, State of Penn., died in the Borough of Warren on the 11th day of April A.D. 1944, at 12.30 o'clock P.M. testate; that at the time of her death she was a citizen of the United States and resident of the County of Warren aforesaid; that here last will bears date the 4th day of December A.D. 1941, and by which deceased nominated and appointed C. Henry Nicholson (now with the Armed Forces in Italy) and Charlotte Heald Swanson Executors thereof; that she left her surviving no husband but children as follows:

Anderson, reputable citizens of the Boroughs of Clarendon and Warren, respectively, County of Warren, State of Pennsylvania, who being by me duly sworn according to law, doth depose and say that they were well acquainted with Georgia L. Heald, late of the Borough of Warren, in the County of Warren, now deceased, and with her manner and style of handwriting, having frequently seen her write her name, as well as other matters: that they have carefully examined the signature Mrs. Georgia L. Heald set and subscribed to the foregoing testamentary writing, bearing date December 4, 1941, and purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of said Georgia L. Heald, and verily believe the same to be in the own proper handwriting of the said Georgia L. Heald.

Anderson before the Register of Wills, and it appearing that the testator was of full age, of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, and not under restraint at the time of the execution thereof, and the same appearing to be genuine and not having been contested, it is hereby ordered, adjudged and decreed that the said writing to be genuine and not having been contested, it is hereby ordered, adjudged and decreed that the same writing be admitted of record as a valid will of real and personal estate, and as the last Will and Testament of the aforesaid Georgia L.  Letters Testamentary to Charlotte Heald Swanson, entered 18 May 1944- PENNSYLVANIA, WARREN CO. SS By the Tenor of these Presents, I, 0. Loper, Register for the Probate of Wills and granting Letters Testamentary in and for said County unto people send Greeting:
  Whereas, Georgia L. Heald, late of the Borough of Warren, in the said County, deceased, had, while she lived, and at the time of her death, divers goods, chattels, rights and credits, in sundry places within the said County and State, by reason whereof and by the laws and customs of the said State, the approbation and insinuation of the last will and testament of the said Georgia L. Heald, and the commission of administration of all and singular her goods and chattels, rights and credits, also of the auditing of the accounts, calculations and reckoning of the said administration, and the final discharge and dismissal therefrom, unto me, the said Register, do belong:
 Now Know You, on the twenty-sixth day of April, A.D. nineteen and forty-four, at Warren, in the said County, before me, the said Register, was proved, approved and insinuated the last will and testament of the said Georgia L. Heald, deceased, ( a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed), and the administration of all and singular goods and chattels, rights and credits of the said deceased, by her said last will and testament, in any way or manner affected, was granted unto CHARLOTTE HEALD SWANSON in the said testament named and appointed, she having been this day duly sworn well and truly to administer the goods and chattels, rights and credits of the said deceased, according to law; and also diligently and faithfully to regard and well and truly to comply with the provisions of the law relating to Inheritance taxes.

 Oct 16 1944, report of Marshall C, Farshall, Transfer Inheritance Tax appraiser filed. Nov. 09, 1944, received of Charlotte Heald Swanson, Executrix, the sum of $2.69 being the amount of Transfer Inheritance Tax at 2% due the Commonwealth. O.E. Loper, Register.
 Decedent was possessed of Real Estate as follows: House & lot at 3 Marrer St., Warren Borough sold on contract with ?? Fitzgerald. Unpaid balance about $500.00. That at the time of her death her entire personal estate, did not and does not exceed in valve the sum of none Dollars.
 Decedent has not married and no children have been born since executing this will. And Petitioner asks to have the said Will, now produced, probated, Letters Testamentary granted thereon, and recorded to law.
 Petition signed and sworn to Renunciation of C. Henry Nicholson as Co-Executor, by J. Alveda Nicholson, his attorney-in-fact, attached.
  Last Will and Testament I, Georgia Heald, of the Borough of Warren, of County of Warren and Commonwealth of Penn'a, being of sound mind, memory and understanding do make, publish and declare the following to be my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making null and void any and all wills and testament or writings in the nature thereof by me at any time. Georgia L. Heald, Deceased. Entered April 15, 1944
 FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses by paid by my Executors as soon as possible after my decease
 SECOND: I give and bequeath to my granddaughter, Charlotte Swanson, my Cedar chest and the contents therein.
 THIRD: All the rest, residue, and remainder of my estate, real, personal and mix, whatsoever and wherever situate, I give, devise and bequeath in equal share, share and share alike, to my following named daughters and son, Charlotte Swanson, Clara Schuler, and Clarence Heald.
 Fourth: I hereby nominate and appoint C. Henry Nicholson, Attorney at Law of Warren, Pennsylvania, and my daughter, Charlotte Heald Swanson, joint executors of this my last Will and Testament. And I hereby give and grant unto my said executors full power to sell any and all my real estate, at private and public sale, and at such price and upon such terms as they deem just and reasonable, giving and granting unto my said executors full power to execute and deliver any and all instruments necessary to effectuate such sale, said powers to continue as long as necessary to effectuate such sale, and to close my estate.
 IN WITNESS that this is my last Will and Testament typewritten on one (1) sheet of paper, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 4th day of December, A.D. One Thousand Nine Hundred Forty One. Mrs. Georgia L. Heald, SEAL

 on page 284 under the section called the THE TRUMBELL SISTERS: Sophia m. Israel Greenleaf, her daughter Almira Greenleaf, married John Lamb, their children: Adelia Lamb married Isaac Burgess, Charles, Harry, John, Louise, Florence, Georgia. Mr. John Lamb worked at blacksmithing, and afterward kept a grocery and saloon, he died in 1902. (He was not in 1900 NY Soundex )
