  Willis J Price a Prvat of Captain O. H. Shearer Company, (A) of the 1st Regiment West Tennesse Inft Vols was enlisted by E. Arbuckell of the 1st Regiment of West Tenn Inf at Dresden Tennessee on the 2O day of June 1862 to serve 3 years; he was born in Pitsilvania in the State of Virginia is 46 years of
 age, 6 feet ~ inches high, Fair complexion, Blue eyes, Dark hair, and by occupation when enlisted a Farmer During the last two months said soldier has been unfit for duty days.* He was slightly ruptured when enlisted. on the 15 day of March 1863. at Mount Prison Tenn while on guard in the line of his duty was taken sick and has been unfit for Servis ever since

 cholic. he can get no truss that he can wear. and gets along badly without one. His disease existed Prior to muster.
