Note: Emma Mounts McLoney was mother of my dear friend Thelma McLoney Lang. Thelma relates that she was only six years old when her mother died in the 'Flue Epidemic' of 1919, therefore does not remember very much about her. Emma grew up in the farm house in a farm house on the south side of Route 40 at the bottom of Mounts Hill. 1998 The house still stands.
