Phinous' mother was said to be a full blooded Indian.Marian has a photo of her. Maria's father Phinous believed that ErnieBanks of the Chicago Cubs Baseball Team was his nephew. Phinous'sister Lucinda has children residing in Florida.
  Marian said that Phinous' father was a slave and that he received 40acres of land and a mule. She believes that Phinous was born ineither Greenwood or Greenville, MS.
