a. Continued:   Funeral Program: Kellogg (Billy), lived in Chicago as a young man.He served in the Armed Forces from 1950 to 1952, later acquiring aposition with the US Ordnance Agency as a Purchasing Agent in theContracts Division.
  In 1969, he was hired as a Procurement Specialist at Fermi NationalLaboratory in Batavia, IL. In 1975, he left the Chicago area and movedto Maryland where he accepted the position of Branch Chief, Research,Contracts Division, Nuclear Regulatory Commission. He received theMeritorious Service Award for outstanding service in 1977.
  In 1986, Kellogg (Mort) retired from NRC but returned to work asmanager of the Contracts Dept at Battelle Laboratory in Columbus, OH.Later, he retired again and moved to Atlanta, GA.
  After one year of retirement, Kellogg returned to work again asManager of Purchasing and Contracting for DeKalb County. He retainedthis position until his death.
  A cousin, Stella Weldon, read Kellogg's Obituary; Rev. D. A. Andersonsaid a prayer. There. was no mention of the disposition of Kellogg'sremains.
