Internment,Lincoln Cemetery, 119th and Kedzie.
Funeral Program: The last living member of his immediate family,Richard was preceded in death by his parents, Booker and Judy Alston,brothers Chaucer, Rhedric, and Booker, and sisters Elnora Washington,Blanche White, Mary Davis and Myrtle Reed.
Richard is survived by his wife of 50 years, Frances Morton Alston,their children and grandchildren.
Richard died Sunday, 9 Sep 1990. He will be remembered by his familyand the families of his brothers and sisters as well as his friendsand those who knew and loved him.
Richard worked as a supervisor for a construction company. The causeof death was listed as probable pulmonary embolism, 30 minutes,prostate cancer (time unknown), and left dup ven thrombosis. He wasattended by Dr. DeHerrera.
