Continued: Robert Titsworth and Annie Harrison were married by Stephen Lee atBirds Point, Mississippi
Co., MO. 11 May 1889. Annie divorced Robert Titsworth on 31 May 1901claiming he had abandoned her, was abusive and was a convicted felon.Annie asked to have her maiden name restored to Harrison. Shere-married in either 1901 or 1902 in MS. Co., MO. (I did not copy thegroom's name).
On 13 Apr 1893, Fannie Titsworth filed for a divorce from RobertTitsworth in the Circuit Court of Mississippi County, MO. Thepetition for divorce was continued until 4 Apr 1894 when the case wasdismissed. Fannie was ordered to pay court costs for the divorcetrial. There was no record found on a marriage or a divorce betweenthese two individuals. Titsworth may have still been married to AnnieHarrison when he married Fannie, which would have been cause fordismissal.
On 27 Mar 1905, Robert Titsworth married Hattie Robinson at GreenFields Landing, Mississippi Co., MO. I have not found a record of adivorce between Robert and Fannie.
On 24 Dec 1908, Robert Titsworth Married Bertie Burton Morton inCharleston, Mississippi Co., MO. J.A. Chausley, Minister of theGospel performed the ceremony. The license was filed on 3 Sep 1910.
