a. Continued:   Thelma Elizabeth Weathers was the only child of U.V. Weathers andRuth McFarland. She attended elementary and high school in St. Louis,MO and later enrolled at Lincoln University in Jefferson City, MO.While at Lincoln, she became interested in Beauty Culture and enrolledin a beaty culture school in St. Louis, MO. Most of Thelma's marriedlife was spent in Springfield, MO.
  In addition to her career as a beautician, she was involved incommunity activities, including ceramics, flowers, and art work.
  Thelma's funeral services were provided by Ralph Thieme; Rev J. SilasDaniels, Minister of Reedy Chapel A.M.E. Church gave the Eulogy at the11:00 AM service on Saturday.
