Note: ! We think this was Daniel Sidney Forbes who in 1787 was a party to a land transaction in Campbell County Virginia and part of the transaction stated that Daniel was the 'legatee' of Peter Hairston , deceased. Exactly how he acquired the right to sell almost had to be through his mother, the daughter of the original brother Andrew Hairston . This transaction appears to be a sale from Daniel to a James Gibbons .
