Note: 1. Was a school teacher in 1870. 2. Living in North Dakota in 1904. 3. Her given names might have been "Mary Anderson." 4. Her obituary was in a Kansas City newspaper: "Norville - Mrs. Mary A. Norville, widow of the late D.A. Norville, a contractor in Wagoner, Ok., died yesterday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Cassandra Stinsman, 346 Quindaro Boulevard, Kansas side. She was 74 years old and was born in Younger, Mo., a town named in honor of her father, Anderson Younger. She taught school in Fort Worth, Tex., and Marshall, Tex., and founded the Norville Institute in Wagoner, Ok., twenty five years ago. She had lived in Kansas City ten years, previous to which time she lived in Fargo, N.D. She had been an invalid three years. She is survived by another daughter, Mrs. Glenora Watkins, of Fargo; two sisters, Mrs. J.R. Hodge, of Laddonia, Mo.; Mrs Hattie Wynne of Flint, Ark., and a brother, Walter Younger, of Port Arthur, Tex. The funeral will be at 3 o'clock this afternoon at the home.
