Note: 1. Owned a fruit "ranch" with his brother, Owen, near Watsonville, CA. 2. His first wife, Violet Smith was from Seattle, WA. They had one son who died, 15 Dec 1919, along with his mother of "Spanish Influenza." 3. His second wife, Etta Lorene Stimpson was from Portland, OR. She taught school. They divorced without having children. 4. His third wife, Dorotha Ritter, was from Idaho Falls, ID. They did not have any children. Dorotha was an expert apple sorter in apple harvest time and a fine business woman. 5. They owned a fruit "ranch" near Watsonville, CA.
