Note: 1. In 1910 he worked as a farm laborer. 2. In 1917 he operated a gas launch on the Osage River. His card also had a notation that he claimed an exemption from service due to ichthyosis, a congenital skin disease. 3. According to the 1920 census Nell Scott, his step-daughter, age 10 and born in MO, was living with him and his family. Stanley was identified as being a farmer in 1920. 4.
