 2. Per Margaret and Peter Info: At the time the mines in Relistian and the Cornish Copper mines closed. COnstance and her sons went to Australia as did Samuel and his family. John and his family travelled to Radcliffe about 1865. We are not sure how they got there (rumour walked) or how long it took (but one child born 1873 in Radcliffe).Is possible they sailed to Liverpool from Hayle and walked from Liverpool to Manchester. Eldest brother and his wife, Mary, also came to Radcliffe. Marian and her older brother Fred both remember visiting a blind Uncle Jonathan who had been blinded in a mining accident and was then living with one of his daughters.
 3. In 1881 Peter is living with his mother and is an iron moulder.
