The name Wilson does seem to be common in several Irish counties.

Many Wilson marriages in Rowan Co. BUT Edward and presumably Burrell lived in FRANKLIN county- probably still therein 1797 when Burrel and Rebecca Wilson were married. Edward bought land in Rowan in 1798. His Franklin county land was given to Robert in 1799. The 1799 deed says ' me hereunto moving..' So may be in the process of moving before 1799.
