Note: William Dickeron- Born in Rosewood, Ky and orphaned at 18 months. He was raised by
an aunt until he was six years old. His older half brother, Hubert Williams, then took him and his sister, Agnes, to live in Morgantown, Ky. He worked with his brother, mining coal, until he was old enough to go out on his own. After getting married and having a child, he and his family moved to Jeffersonville, Indiana. This is where he spent the rest of his life. He retired from Colgate-Palmolive company in 1978 at the age of 57. He died at age 72 and is buried in Walnut Ridge cemetary.
