a. Note:   dminster the estate of Margaret. Nealy was a resident of Adams Co., Illinois at that time. John McDannald of Brown Co. signed the bond with him. Appraisers of the estate were: Francis Rioth, Elias Bixler and Thomas C. Reeves (a brother-in-law). The purchasers appear to be her sons Nealy and George W.; her daughter Mahala Linn and her grandchildren Margaret and William Linn.
  Frederick Bullard received $5.00 from the estate for attendance during the last sickness of Margaret McDannald. (Frederick's wife, Elizabeth Linn, was a granddaughter of Margaret.
