Note: Kate had two daughters, Virginial and Cecil. Due to Kate's death, Virginia was taken in (adopted?) by Kate's sister, Mae(Mary Dixon). Cecil's whereabouts are unknown at this point. More information about this will be found under the biography of Mary Dixon. I hope to get information from the Archdiocese, but the records are sealed. Kate resided at a home at 69th and Lowe, in Chicago, Illinois. Virginia married a name named Henry Smith and had two children, Susie and Charles. Kate's husband has not been located or identified.NOTE This information is from word of mouth and is possiblebly confused with the children of James Dixon and helen Purtell 1900 Census has birth as July 1890, but a baptismal certificate obtained from St. Gabriel's Church states a Catherine Dixon was born on June 16, 1890.
