Moots buried in the Brashear Cemetery, Kirksville, Adair Co., MO that could possibly be the daughter of Philander Moots. The date on her gravestone is July 4, 1936.
One researcher tells a family story that ...Philander traveled to France to purchase stallions and met Priscilla at the boarding house where he was staying....married her and brought her back to the USA. However on the Census records her birthplace is always stated to be Pennsylvania.
