a. Note:   [Gordon.ged] Henry Grady Chapman DOUGLASVILLE � Henry Grady Chapman, 84, of Douglasville, died Saturday, April 19, 2003, at Douglas Wellstar in Douglasville.
  The funeral will be at 1 p.m. today in the chapel of Manry-Jordan-Hodges Funeral Home with interment in Blakely Cemetery with military rites. A military chaplain will officiate. Active pallbearers will be members of the military.
  A native of Early County, Mr. Chapman was born April 16, 1919. He was a retired Sgt. Major in the U.S. Army. He had retired from the Army having served in World War II, the Korean Conflict, and the Vietnam War. He was the widower of Ever Mae Lovering Chapman. His parents were the late Wyatt David Chapman and Cora Meredith Chapman.
  Survivors include a son, James and Barbara Chapman of Power Springs; three daughters, Elizabeth C. Johnson of Villa Rica, and Debora S. and Brian Poseno and Sandra L. and John Hutchinson, all of Douglasville; two brothers, Wyatt David Chapman Jr. of Albany and Arthur Chapman of Blakely; nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
