Note: RESEARCH NOTES: David never married, but unlike Cleon, he did not stay in Carterville his entire life. The 1880 Census found him working on a farm in Montana. After he returned to Carterville, he provided for his mother. David's obituary was published in �Ci�DCity and County Jottings�C/i�D.
