a. Note:   Most records of Aaron relate to his death. He appears in the RLDS Deceased Members File. His death is recorded in the Provo Cemetery Register of Deaths and Burials which calls him A. A. Carter aged 50 years. This record gives his death date as 19 Mar 1909. <I>Carter Pioneers of Provo Utah</I> like the RLDS record says he died on the 18th. It also says (erroneously) that he was married on the same day.
