Loved outdoor activities like camping in the Adirondacks, fishing, vacationing
Got teaching certificate and thus was able to send four children to college

Mother of 4, grandmother /step grandmother of 6 , Step great grandmother of 1.
Resilient, Didn't want her physical problems to limit her activities
Able to endure a lot of pain and discomfort for a lot of years with failing eyesight, bad hips, bad knee, etc.
Bridge Player, Taught all her grandchildren to play cards, Made a great spaghetti sauce.
Walked fast,, Dreamed of being able to get up and walk
Wanted to be in charge , Was the focal point of the family
Loved to have people visit, especially grandchildren
Had a strong faith, had clear values, Knew what was right and acted on it, a "straight shooter"
Was a good friend, consulted by many for advice
