Note: Married James Kellogg, born 1768, son of Moses Kellogg and Jerusha Spencer. Probably lived in Hartford before going to Ohio. They were fourth cousins, though I am not sure they knew that fact. Is in the 1820 and 1830 census, I think, under the head of household of hers and James's son James, Jr. born, 1796.
I have the pages of the Kellogg Family Bible made out by Rebecca Rogers Kellogg which list all the Kellogg's Rebecca knew about, plus her Roger's family information. (E. Dimond, 2004)
