In July of 1985, he made profession of Jesus Christ as Savior through baptism, and joined the North Loup Seventh Day Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy, two sons, Nolan Hatcher of Gibbon, Nebraska, and Eldon Ingraham of Holdrege, Nebraska, and by several grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted by his pastor, Rev. Ken Burdick, at the North Loup Seventh Day Baptist Church on November 5, 1985. Interment was at the cemetery at North Loup. KB
