Wm's middle name is Carroll, he died about 2-3 yrs ago possibly in CA. His
family was from Columbia, LA area. He had a sister Melba Bernice Caddell who lived in Costa Mesa, CA. when Myrtle and the boys visited her in 1974-75. Bill's 2nd wife had a son named Terry and she & Bill had a son named Howard, who did not know he had 3 half brothers until Bill's death and he told him of the boys. Myrtle meant to make son Bill the III but named him Carl instead of Carroll unknowingly. Bernice's married name was McCool, she has also died. Myrtle believes there was one other brother but thinks all of the line
of that family is now deceased. They were married when Bill was stationed in Ft. Benning, GA and was in the service.
