They moved to St. Louis, and Bill worked at Celanese Corp. Bill enlisted and they moved to Ft. Bliss, TX, They returned to St. Louis after the war. Alice was a remarkable pianist, and enjoyed accompanying church choir, music club, etc. She and Bill loved wild places and nature in its forms.
