Note: Obituray of George Avery Fagan, son of the late Ralph and Ruth (Fletcher) Fagan, was born June 28, 1948 in Norwood, Missouri, USA and departed this life July 12, 2009 at his residence in Mountain Grove, Missouri, USA. He was 61 years of age. George was raised in the Wright County area (also liven in Harrison, Grundy, Mercer, and Macon Counties as a juvenile) and graduated in 1966 from Norwood high School. Following school George moved to Kansas City, Where he went to work for General Motors, was drafted in to the Army and did a three year tour during the Vietnam War. returned to General Motors and retired with thirty years of service. George loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, He was a avid Chiefs fan and rarely missed a game. Beside his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers, Joe, James, and Fredie Fagan He is surived by nine brothers: Jack, Jerry, Tom, Richard, Carl, Donald, Ronald, Charlie, Arlie Fagan; numerous nieces and nephews; cousins; many other relatives and friends that will miss him.
