Note: T I M E L I N E 1817 -- BIRTH/BAPTISM: On 16 Oct 1817, at the church of Nuestra Senora de la Concepcion in Juncos, Puerto Rico, occurred the baptism of Dionicio de los Dolores, born the 9th of the current month, legitimate son of Rafael Falero and of Mariana Machin, both white, natives of Fuerte Ventura in the Canaries, now living in this Parish. 1860 -- On 13 Sep 1860, Dionisio Falero's name appeared in the newspaper Gaceta de Puerto-Rico on a list of people from Juncos who donated money to support the Spanish-Moroccan War. They have nine children living in the household as follows: Casilda, 15; Jose, 13; Ricardo, 12; Juan, 11; Maria Ingenia, 9; Maria, 7; Roman, 5; Damaso, 3; José Dolores, 1. 1862 -- TAXPAYER: Don Dionicio Falero is on a list of people who paid money into a subsudy fund to support the barrio of Valenciano Arriba. This money was similar to a tax that was assigned to him based on his wealth in the community. He was #328 on the list, living in Valenciano Arriba, and his quota was 11.76 Pesos.
