Note: T I M E L I N E 1860 -- In this cencus conducted Dec 1860, José Dolores Falero y Machin was enumerated in the household of his parents as one year old. He was the youngest of nine children born to Dionicio Falero y Machin and Juana Machin y Flores. The family was located in Valenciano Abajo, Juncos, Puerto Rico. The nine children were in this order: Casilda, 15, José, 13; Ricardo, 12; Juan, 11; Maria Ingenia, 9; Maria, 7; Roman, 5; Damaso, 3; and José Dolores, 1. Mangual Falero appeared before Candido Selles Lopez, in charge of the Civil Registry of San Lorenzo, on 10 Jul 1913 to declare that Dolores Falero y Machin, 52 years old, married, native of San Lorenzo and living in the barrio Hato died at 4 pm on 9 Jul 1913 as a consequence of Cirrhosis of the Liver. At the time of death he was married to Ramona Parrilla y Montañez, native of San Lorenzo, living in the house of the deceased, and they had 6 children named Ramona, Dionicio, Lucila, Carmelo, Octavio, and Gertrudes.
