Note: DISCREPANCY: Named simply as Maria del Carmen, NO LAST NAME, in the birth record of daughter Marcelina Falero in 1888. Named as Maria del Carmen Cuna in Marcelina's death record 4 months later. Named as Carmen Falero de la Cuna in the birth record of daughter Juana Evangelist Falero y Falero in 1889 and in the birth record of Cristina Falero y Falero in 1894. Named as Carmen de la Cuna in the birth record of son Angel in 1886, her daughter Juana Maria Falero in 1892, son Ramon in his baptismal record of 1897, and son Tomas Falero in birth record of 1903. Carmen's mother, Maria de la Cuna was single. Her father had to have been Francisco Falero who is named as grandfather in the birth record of Carmen's daughter Evangelista and in the baptismal record of Carmen's daughter Cristina. By law, if her parents were not married, she can only use the name Falero if her father recognized her in a civil court. This seems to be debatable as she fluctuates back and forth with her last name in the birth records of her children. Four children born Falero y Falero and four born Falero y Cuna, and one born just Falero who dies as Falero y Cuna. In the death record of her son Tomas Falero y Cuna in 1935, she is named as Carmen Cuna.
