a. Note:   s and was a Decon in Christ Church for many years. Peter came to Rush Township, with his father, when he was 12 years old.
  On the 1850 Rush Township Census, Peter (63) was listed as a farmer living with the following : Mary (35), Edward (21 - Laborer), Aaron (19), Mary Ann (11), Lovine (10), Daniel Bankes (23-Laborer) and Pheobe Bankes (22).
