  CLARKSVILLE, Texas-Seldon I. Medford, 93, of Clarksville died Tuesday, Oct. 9, 2007, in a local nursing home.
  Mr. Medford was born Feb. 12, 1914, in Avery, Texas. He was a retired farmer and truck driver and a member of First Baptist Church, Clarksville.
  Survivors include two daughters and one son-in-law, Rose and L.D. Parks of Avery and Brenda Thompson of Georgetown, Texas; five grandchildren, Brian Parks, Paul Parks, Larry Parks, Dannette Berema and Ruth Hudson; eight great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.
  Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Second Baptist Church, Lamesa, Texas. Burial will be in Lamesa Memorial Cemetery under direction of Clarksville Funeral Home.
  Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
