  Fathers name verified by Mountain View Cemetary, Auburn, Washington as Joseph McAllister Hurst. Grave site located at S 1/2 of the SE 1/4, Lot #7, Block 3, 3rd addition. Age at death 5 2 years, 1 month and 20 days. No funeral home listed. Resident of Pacific, Washington at death.
  Family records have Isabella as the daughter of Hurst, not Topping. Based on the 1881 Scottis h Census and the date of marriage (19 Mar 1885) between Joseph Hurst and Isabella Fegruson Topping, Isabella is the step-daughter of Hurst.
  Death Certificate reads date of birth as 23 October 1883. Other records read 1880.
