Married to John Fergus (who thereafter became Post Master) at Lennoxtown, on 21st September 1854, by the Rev'd Thomas Munro, Minister of the Parish of Campsie. Mrs. Fergus -(Janet E. Tagg.) died at Lennoxtown on 9th September 1884, aged 59 years and 4 months. Interred, beside her husband, in the Parish Church burying- ground, Lennoxtown.
