  ______________________________________________________________________________ Obituary: Edwin Liska Fesler; Edinburg, Hidalgo county, Texas: Edwin Liska Fesler, 95, was called home May 12, 2004, by our Lord Jesus Christ. He was born in Riverside, Iowa, January 25, 1909. He served in the Pacific War Theater in World War II as a Naval Lieutenant and then farmed west of Edinburg for over 40 years. He was a member of the Hidalgo Masonic Lodge No. 1036 Edinburg, Texas for more than 50 years. He was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Louise O. Bachman. He is survived by his two sons and daughters-in-law, E. Neil and Joyce Fesler of San Antonio, Texas, and Ken W. and Linda Fesler of Weslaco, Texas; nine grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. today, May 21, 2004 at the Kreidler Funeral Home Inc. The funeral service will be at 10 a. m. Saturday, May 22, 2004, at Baptist Temple Church in McAllen with Pastor Rex Holt officiating.
