Notes
a. Note:   Lechtal Valley was named from the river Lech which flows through the Lechtal. There are 9 villages that are in Lechtal: Forchach, Stanzach, Vorderhornbach, Elmen, Haselgehr, Elbigenalp, Bach, Holzgau and Steeg.
Grandma Katherine Feirstein Stoken said Lawrence was from Lechtal, Tirol, Austria. Lawrence Feirstein's death certificate says he was born in Bach, Tirol, Austria. Therefore, he is most likely from Bach, Lechtal, Tirol, Austria.
From the Front Page of The Columbian - Jan 25, 1908
 L. Feirstein, while engaged in hauling logs the first of the week, barely escaped a serious injury. He was returning with a light bob when his foot, which was hanging below the bunk, was caught between a stump and the bank and badly wrenched. He succeeded in stopping his team before any serious damage was done.
In the Columbian 10-20-1892, Lawrence Feirstein is registered... as a voter?... for Columbia Falls.
