Note:   (Research):A search of the 1901 census of England and Wales online gives only one Janet born in Lancashire (age 58). There is one of the appropriate age (12) living in Moss Side, Lancashire, but born in Scotland. Interestingly, a search for MARSHALL heads of households in Moss Side gives none born in Scotland. There is an Annie born Scotland (age 16) and three boys also, all in Moss Side. No idea who their head of household might be. Cannot find in England in 1901 at all (www.ancestry.com).
