  James "Jim" Bartell
  James H. "Jim" Bartell, 80, of 4600 Taft died Thursday in a Wichita Falls hospital.
 Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at First Presbyterian Church with Dr. Isaac Butterworth, pastor, and Dr. Earle W. Crawford, pastor emeritus, officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery under the direction of Hampton-Vaughan Funeral Home.
 Mr. Bartell was born March 13, 1913, in Clay County, Texas. He was a lifelong resident of Wichita Falls. He was a member of First Presbyterian Church and the Men's Bible class. He was a retired building manager of First Presbyterian Church.
 He had worked at Joe Pistocco Auto Service for 16 years. He served in the Coast Guard during World War II on a cargo transport shipping supplies to Corrigedor and the Phillippines. He was a member of Wichita Falls Lodge No. 635, Scottish Rite Mason and Maskat Shrine.
 Survivors include his wife, Ruth; a daughter, Jo Smith of Fort Worth; a son, Jimmy Lee of St. Louis, Mo.; a sister Beaulah Mae Miller of Colorado; two brothers, Harold of Lampasas, Texas, and Jack of Ada, Okla.; and five grandchildren.
