a. Note:   master mechanic Hamilton sewer dept 42 madison ave Trenton NJ 08219 Larenjectemy 1980 pacemaker 1995 In 1916 Henry was born at home on East State Street, Trenton, NJ. In 1917 they moved to Penns Park, Pa. Then in 1918 they moved to Cumberland, Maryland because his father Russell got a job for the railroad. They lived there for two years and moved back to Penns Park, Pa in 1920. 1923 they moved to Bulltown, Pa. which is near Richboro, Pa. His brother James Herman was born while they lived in Maryland. In 1923 Edward Emil wass born, Alvin William and Evelyn Marie were next. They lived on the Davis Farm and went to school in Penns Park. I think it was a Quaker School. Moved to Twining Bridge Road and attended Newtown High School for the ninth year of his education. He joined the Army in 1935 as there was no money to support his brothers and sisters and there were no jobs avilable at the time. The others went to Falsington to live for about 7 months and Russell and Irma seperated.. He treated Mums very bad. Edward stayed with Russell in Falsington. Alvin and Evelyn went to Elsa and Alvin Worthingtons in Newtown, Pa. He got out of the service from Panama in 1938 and went to live in the Millener Hotel where his mother was in Trenton, NJ. His mother was working at General Motors. He was working as a chef at the Glass House in Falsington, Pa. His mom waitressed there at one time. That was the year he met Mom. He then went to work for Heave Lumber Co. on Princton Avenue, Trenton, NJ. In 1940 Mom and Dad Married and they had an apartment on Mercer Street in the heart of Trenton until 1942 the year I (Gale) was born and built a house on 42 Madison Avenue, Trenton, NJ. In 1943 he entered the army in May and went to New Cumberland, Pa. and was sent to the South Pacific until 1946.. In 1946 Jon was born. Dad worked for the Hamilton Township Sewer Department until he went out on disability. At the time I am writing this, 1996, Dad and Mom are on Madison Avenue in Trenton NJ. He died December 1997 at home with me, Bob and Mom. Henry's highest rank when he was discharged was Sgt. He was in the 463rd Aviation Construction Co.
